Propósito
El concepto de ajuste cultural, también conocido como "ajuste persona-organización", ha ganado una atención significativa dentro de la literatura de cultura organizacional. Este estudio pretende establecer los fundamentos del ajuste cultural y su influencia en resultados positivos a nivel organizacional. Mediante el empleo de técnicas bibliométricas y análisis de mapeo de redes, esta investigación arroja luz sobre la interacción entre el ajuste cultural y los resultados positivos en las organizaciones. Son necesarias más investigaciones para explorar los factores contextuales y los mecanismos que influyen en la relación entre el ajuste cultural y el desempeño.

Hallazgos
Este artículo arroja luz sobre las interacciones entre el ajuste cultural y un conjunto de resultados organizacionales positivos, al tiempo que proporciona una revisión sistemática que facilita la tarea para los nuevos investigadores interesados en adentrarse en este campo.
Limitaciones e implicaciones
La literatura disponible sobre "ajuste cultural" es considerable pero bastante limitada, ya que se centra principalmente en el desempeño individual y operativo, dejando de lado aspectos tan importantes como el desempeño financiero y los resultados estratégicos. Además, las limitaciones podrían incluir la calidad y cantidad de artículos disponibles para el análisis, así como el hecho de que los resultados obtenidos solo evalúan las publicaciones indexadas en las bases de datos seleccionadas, lo que podría implicar una comprensión global limitada del objeto de investigación.
Como implicacione, el estudio sugiere que existe una relación positiva entre el ajuste cultural y el rendimiento. El ajuste cultural puede explorarse desde diferentes perspectivas y aplicarse en diversas situaciones.
